Happy Day Cleaning Services Policy

Payment: We require full payment upon completion of our service to your home/business. We ask that outstanding balances be paid prior to the next scheduled cleaning. If left unpaid before the next cleaning day, we will be unable to perform the service. Returned checks are charged $30 for reprocessing. 
Referrals: Clients will receive a $25 off their next cleaning service for referring each new customer to Happy Day Cleaning Service. This discount becomes effective after the referred customer’s first cleaning service is completed.

Our Policy

 

  1. Happy Day Cleaning Service is a quality professional cleaning service that is fully insured and bonded. 

  2. We provide all equipment and supplies. All employees arrive in uniform and ID badges for identity and your protection. 

  3. We normally work in crews consisting of two or three, professionally trained, cleaning specialists. Every crew includes a team leader that supervises every task and ensures consistent quality workmanship at each job. 

  4. We guarantee consistent excellent cleaning services. We employ reliable, hard-working and trustworthy cleaning technicians that are driven by our employee incentives, and their desire to give the best possible service to our clients. 

  5. We strive to exceed your expectations for quality cleaning services. We inspect our work before leaving your home/business. If after your inspection, you find our specialists missed something, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue. Refunds are not offered. Requests received by our office after that will be incorporated into your next scheduled cleaning. ​​

  6. During our consult of your home/business, we will want clients to identify the areas of concern and those that are most important to you. We will evaluate and propose a cleaning plan to complete the job that meet your needs. Copies of our routine plan and service agreement will be given at the time of the estimate. 

Schedule Changes or Cancellations: 

  1. We understand that there are changes in schedules in our busy lives. In the event that a scheduled cleaning service must be rescheduled or cancelled, we ask that our clients notify Happy Day Cleaning Services two days in advance. This gives us an opportunity to fill that spot and keep our employees working a full schedule.

  2. For permanent cancellation of reoccurring services, we ask that the client notify Happy Day Cleaning Service two weeks in advance.                                                                                              Our complete Happy Day Cleaning Services policies are outlined in each Service Plan and reviewed at the time of booking.
